As Director of Engineering at Mosaic I had the opportunity to focus on design + manufacturing & led a team of multidisciplinary engineers.
I'm most proud of the progress we made across 3 generations of Palette. Across generational iterations, the first time production yield increased from low 30% to high 90%. And product design evolved from prototype-like to a cohesive cross-product design language referred to as the "Apple of 3D printing" by both customers and competitors.

Over the past 6 years, I led the development & shipment of 20,000+ products and patents / helped grow a company from 5 to 60 people and generate $16m in revenue / lived in China for half a year where I set up production and managed a contract manufacturer with clients such as Leica.
